How to file a helpful issue

Qubes OS release

4.1

Brief summary

As title.

Steps to reproduce

Check available applications in qube - certainly Debian-11 and Ubuntu based.

Expected behavior

Available applications will be selectable, and will run when selected from qube menu.

Actual behavior

When moved to "Selected" the application appears oin qube menu.
Running it from the menu appears to do nothing.

Other qvm-tools like qvm-copy, qvm-convert-pdf, are not selectable to appear as menu items.
