Tracking issue for Fedora 34+ dom0:

  • build all packages
  • include at least Fedora 34+ as default template for qubes
  • build and test a release candidate for QubesOS 4.2

There are few differences in paths, to match where qubes-builder put
things (rpms, templates etc).

Leave also a travis-iso-full.ks name (as a symlink now), so the same
scripts that build R4.1 ISO from testing repos work.

This is especially relevant for older dom0 (in R4.1) - otherwise once
converted rpmdb won't be updated in subsequent calls. But add it to
newer systems too, in case similar logic will be necessary in the future
too.

Fixes: e7aed41 "Handle dom0 rpmdb in /usr/lib/sysimage/rpm too"

The implicit creation of new loop was removed in Python 3.11.
In fact, this code can be greatly simplified with asyncio.run().

@the-moog: Please read this. Also, please note that this issue tracker (qubes-issues) is not intended to be a place for fielding questions. Instead, we have other venues meant for asking questions, asking for help, and having discussions. (By contrast, the issue tracker is more of a technical tool intended to support our developers in their work.) Thank you for your understanding.
