Due to the nature of some kind of algorithms, we have increased the timeout of
lean live stopcommand to 60 seconds. If after this time, the algo has not yet stopped, we will throw an exception with an advice to run the command mentioned within to see Docker logs to find more information. This PR is expected to close issue #367.
