  1. Cannot include duplicate transaction if it has been included in the ledger.

Proposals

  1. allow transactions existence in local view of ledger within N layers of depth
  2. reject transactions duplication in past views within N layers of depth
  3. N is the stable block intervals, currently 10

  1. if there are two transactions with the same UTXO but different TX hash, there will be identified as conflict transactions and be penalized somehow
