This is a follow up to #580. This removes six additional authors who only contributed to entanglement forging and have made no direct contributions to circuit cutting to the best of my knowledge. I've also reformatted with one author per line.

I've removed the authors who contributed solely to forging and added a few authors who have contributed to circuit knitting. I also updated the documentation to encourage users of forging to use an older version of the citation.
It's worth triple checking this to make sure there are no errors.
Closes #375.
