Reliance Status Fixes

This release fixes 3 bugs in the status parser for ReliancePrinter. You may have noticed inverted logic on the flags that report if paper is present at the bezel or the status of errors (ErrorStatus mode only). These are now resolved.

Codepage

Add support for codepages in IDocument

Freeze PrinterImage

Making your life easier by freezing the ImageData that is backing a PrinterImage class.
Also renames Fonts enum to ThermalFonts to avoid confusion with the MS Fonts class.

Initial Release

The initial SDK release supports Reliance and Phoenix. Please note that imaging is not yet supported for Phoenix.
