Describe the bug
If the customer has done changes to the global hub navigation for a Project portal instance, this is reset on upgrade of PP365.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Added elements to the hub navigation
  2. Upgrade PP365 version
  3. Observe reset nav

Expected behavior
The navigation should persist. If we in PP365 add new elements to the navigation, we need to add them explicitly on upgrade.
