Summary

We should stop using content type for documents, and add the required fields to the library instead. Then we avoid loosing the ootb dropdown menu for new document.

Even though content types are disabled, the document template property is set during provisioning when the content type are added to the library.

The document dropdown is back, but GtProjectPhase is not applied to the list.

Will need to figure out why.

Need to update processListFieldRefs and processFieldRef in sp-js-provisioning.
