There is a lot of inconsistency with the way that the yellow arrows are displaying on the homepage.

On iphone SE v14.8/ chrome, there is only 1 arrow displaying.

Arrow Display issues

On Mac OS sierra 10.12.6/ chrome, the 3 arrows display larger than they should according to the design.

Can we create more consistency here in the size of display where 3 arrows are displayed across screen sizes
