Form confirmation page - "back to our site" wrongly returns user to contact page

To replicate:

1. Fill out any contact form. https://drawdownresearchplatform.colab.coop/connect
2. You are directed to a "thank you" confirmation page.
3. select "back to site"
4. user is wrongly sent back to the contact form https://drawdownresearchplatform.colab.coop/connect

Desired: When a user selects the "back to site" link form the confirmation page, they should return to the homepage.

This is happening for all CTAs/ contact forms on homepage.
