to avoid user errors like

ImportError: cannot import name 'ShellOperation' from 'prefect_shell.commands'
It originates from "from prefect_dbt.cloud import DbtCloudCredentials"

when someone has prefect-shell 0.1.0-0.1.3 installed


          need ShellOperation
