License should be clarified

Problem:

I'm trying to figure out what the licensing and redistribution is for PowerSploit, but I can't find a COPYING or LICENSE file in the repository.

I would have e-mailed directly but I can't find an e-mail address anywhere for author contact.

Suggested resolution:

I'm hopeful that you eventually decide favorably on the merits of a permissive license like BSD. :) That way Metasploit and PowerSploit can be friends (GPL won't make us foes but it will limit what all we can do together).
