Is your feature request related to a problem?

Something weird just happened in the recording you're watching? Jump back a few seconds and see it again.

Describe the solution you'd like

Button on the recording bar to allow jumping back a few seconds.

Describe alternatives you've considered

Using the progress bar to jump around achieves the same effect.

Additional context

Technically this is not quite trivial as it requires forking or creating our own session recording player from https://github.com/rrweb-io/rrweb-player
