Opening this for visibility and tracking over time, please do not merge.
Ports the Cynosure from main Polaris.

TODO

  • Get cynosure-1.dmm to compile.
  • Get cynosure-2.dmm to compile.
  • Get cynosure-3.dmm to compile.
  • Get cynosure-4.dmm to compile.
  • Get cynosure-5.dmm to compile.
  • Get cynosure-6.dmm to compile.
  • Get cynosure-7.dmm to compile.
  • Get the submaps to compile.
  • Add level data objects to replace Polaris versions.
  • Update turbolifts
  • Update shuttles.
  • Update airlocks and buttons.
  • Replace natural grass/wildgrass turfs with Sif turfs from maps/southern_cross branch.
  • Port Sivian flora from maps/southern_cross branch.
  • Separate cynosure_todo.dm into system ports, content ports, and Neb-compatible expansions.
  • Action content ports.
  • Action expansions.
