Description of changes
Port vatborn species from polaris, and set up a species modpack to start pulling bayliens into so we stop squatting.
Yes I need to rename the modpack so there aren't 2 polaris' (Mostly the ifndef conventions will conflict), need to settle on names.
Why and what will this PR improve
Neb doesn't have vatborn. Once upon a time we also ported spacer & gravworlder species to polaris but they're commented out, so don't see a need to bring those over.
