Authl has the following handlers:

handlers.email_addr: authenticate an email address using a magic link
handlers.indielogin: authenticate a domain using IndieLogin.com
handlers.mastodon: authenticate a user against a Mastodon instance
handlers.test_handler: basic loopback tester for test purposes; not for production use
