AlpineWolf

This repository contains R and NIMBLE scripts associated with the spatial capture-recapture analysis of the wolf NGS dataset collected in the Italian Alps. It contains four main folders: -"Presentations" contains scripts to produce figures, table, etc,... to be used in presentations/discussions within the group -"Simulations" contains scripts to simulate and fit SCR models based on the Italian ALps set-up (habitat definition, search transects, etc...) -"Analysis" contains scripts to analyze the real Alpine Wolf dataset; each script corresponds to a different SCR model. -"Source" contains R and NIMBLE custom convenience functions used in the different other scripts.
