Do we usually mention in the docs that this checker accepts custom names?

Based on git grep -l 'this(ErrorProneFlags.empty())' | xargs grep -P -A7 '^/\*\*': generally not. (Maybe we should, but then I propose that we introduce a machine-readable mechanism for that, such that we can also document this on the website.)
