Currently, both OCR and original files are kept. This was built in case OCR messes up the files. This hasn't happened (for me) in years of use. Thus, the original file could be deleted.

Could be implemented via env setting, like "REMOVE_ORIGINAL_AFTER_OCR"

I think this is a good idea. This way, the user can decide if the non-OCR files should be kept.
