Minor edits to readme

1. Ran prettier on the readme. If a change is not listed below, it came from here.
2. Moved badges onto one line. This is more accurate and WYSIWYG.
3. When you click on badges, you go to a relevant location. Releases badge --> releases page. fish version badge --> installation (explains how to check fish version). license badge --> license.
4. For CLI tools, changed the weird semicolon sentence-list thing to a normal list
5. Alphabetize reference links using the absolutely incredible sort lines extension for VSCode

I find it really funny that you thought the semi-colons were weird. I didn't find them weird until just now. When I first learned about how semicolons can be used to separate lists within a sentence, I thought that was so cool and couldn't wait to try it. Guess the OSS world is not the best place to do weird grammar things, huh?
