"Who am I" convenience method #261

Fixes #261 enhancement request. This adds a convenience method that checks users that are currently logged in to PAN-OS and returns which user you are connected as. This function only works on PAN-OS 10.0+.

It is difficult to determine which user is being used. This could be important for auditing purposes, for example, to log the user during a change.

A convenience method on PanDevice class called
def who_am_i(self):
that returns the user. For example, this is easy to do on linux with thewhoami
