Description of Changes
Updates our ZSTD to version 1.5.7.
Rationale behind Changes
Bug fixes and speed improvements are good as well as getting rid of old patches in the build scripts.
Suggested Testing Steps
Make sure gsdumps and savestates saved with ZSTD still save and load correctly.
