[Components] IE11 & Edge: No expand/collapse button, no item number

Repro:

1. Use IE11 or Edge
2. Insert > Component
3. Check for the category name.

Expected: The category name is followed by a collapse/expand button & the indication of the number of components in the category.
Actual: No button, no indication of the number

Note: You can still click the category to collapse/expand it.

Workaround: Use a different browser (Chrome, Firefox)

Compare to the categories in other browsers, for example, Chrome.
