When no pal:* attrubutes are provided, components use the file name for their both title and description. It makes sense to avoid unnecessary repetitions, lose the description and keep the title only in the Components window.
Repro:
Create a component without pal:* attrubutes.
Edit a page.
Insert > Components.
Check the title and the description of the component.
Expected:
Only the title appears on the pal:*-attribute-less components
Actual:
The file name appears as both the title and description.
