Overview
Added in the functionality of successfully calling the new createProtocol API endpoint.
Passes in all the information to the AI model and successfully received a response from the LLM.
Test Plan and Hands on Testing
Tested the happy path scenario by running thru the create protocol page a few times with different options. Checked to see if the server received all the information required and was able to process the requests.
