LC: New Field Dropdown for non-OT Tube Rack as Insert Type & Change Top Level Tube Rack Text

I want to be able to select a non-OT Tube Rack as Insert Type in the drop down for labware creator

Acceptance Criteria:

• User is able to select non-OT tube rack as insert type from LC dropdown
• e2e selectors are added for QA

• Update choice in initial labware selection dropdown to “Tubes + Tube Rack”
• Change the “which tube rack insert?” dropdown title to “Which tube rack?”
• Add “Opentrons” before every insert option name
• Add “Non-Opentrons tube rack” as an option at the bottom of the list. There is no image for this option but it should still be left aligned with the rest of the text.
