UX best practices for a select-from-list components are a radio selector when at or under 7 items and a dropdown when over. We don't have that component; let's add it. This should have a full styled-component interface, live in the shared-components subproject, and be usable in any of our products that uses react (but its first use will be in the runapp). An example of the use of this component is here
