fix(shared-data): patch some v2 labware from drawings (#3623)

Closes #3618

Some of the v2 labware defs had inaccurate values from the technical drawing, this mends them.

* opentrons_24_tuberack_eppendorf_2ml_safelock_snapcap well depth and diameter
* opentrons_15_tuberack_falcon_15ml_conical well diameter
* opentrons_6_tuberack_falcon_50ml_conical well diameter
* corning_48_wellplate_1.6ml_flat length and width
* opentrons_10_tuberack_falcon_4x50ml_6x15ml_conical tube diameters
* corning_384_wellplate_112ul_flat well shape and dimensions
