Update packages for Debian 11 (Bullseye)

We are updating to the latest Debian and as a result the ansible scripts will need to be updated to ensure that the proper dependencies are installed for our tools to work.

This issue is where we can track those updates.

According to this thread it looks like libayatana-appindicator may be the replacement.

python3-mysqldb does exist, however.

I think that this is now complete and can be closed -- it's possible we missed one but if that happens it would probably be done as a patch anyway.
