Our beta and GA blog templates include sections that are never used, but are needlessly filled out by developers and pulled in by automation, only to be manually deleted by blog editors. The template can be consolidated to be a single detailed request for feature summary. The automation can be improved to pull in only the summary. This issue corresponds to OpenLiberty/open-liberty#28461 in the dev repo
