It was a bad decision, but this got moved to https://github.com/openinf/openinf.github.io/blob/live/collections/_docs/development.md and was then nowhere to be found by me when looking for it. Suggest doing what nodejs/node#41408 proposed about that problem… |

Since we seem to have lost the
_docor_docsdirectory, I am putting this back as a community health file of sorts.
