This is a combination of 2 issues. I can't check if this only relates to the DSO2090.
Neither EXT or EXT/10 is triggering seems to work at all on the DSO2090.
This might be because there seems to be no way to actually set the external trigger level (or am I overlooking a setting?
I've tested this with an external trigger signal of +/-10v (20vpp). I've tested this with the 'original' software, and I can confirm that this is not a hardware-related issue.

Ah. One of the issues seems to be that the 'special' trigger channel "EXT" for the DSO2090 should be -1, whereas in modelDSO2090.cpp, this is set to -2. I'm not sure about EXT/10. I'm not even aware of the hardware having support for this in the first place :)
