BrainFlow Streamer feature not working on Windows

Problem

The BrainFlow streamer does not seem to be working on Windows, either when saving to file

Expected

Save BrainFlow CSVs to file and do BrainFlow streamer multicast on Windows, as well as Linux and Mac.

Are you running the downloaded app or from Processing/VSCode?

It doesn't even seem like the streamer attempts to be made, from looking at the BrainFlow log.
