/v1/api/accounts/{accountId}/devices/{deviceId}/activation
Documentation says:

Authorization: required (string)
This header is used to transmit a valid JWT as follows: Bearer JWT

Which would mean device activation needs an account token (apart from the activation code which is in request body) as there is not a device token at this point .
