Many times differend kind calibration files does not include layer indicator and will not include it. That "Layer indicator not found in file" message is just annoying and there should be way to disable it. I really do not care if some of files does not include it. It is not worth of warning message.

the new release 1.27.0 with this feature is out now. You can now turn off the popup.
