All code in project is designed, that only one bug can be closed by one commit

Then hook triggered - data parsed via this code and only one bug_id is set for one object

Maybe add some code that should split commit message like this Fix bug 12345, fix bug 24567 by , sign and treat all parts of this as separate messages
