  • Tracker should add TTA Activity Report if exists
  • Tracker should add RAN if exists
  • Complaint header in index should have right arrow in grantee details view
  • Complaints index should remove notice
  • Tracker should show appropriate error if Activity Report is missing or there's an API error

Just a note, the last polish issue for the RAN isn't implemented, yet. See #207

I didn't add it to the PR but #238 closes the fifth issue -- that was a malformed display ID issue
