Description

We need CAN on TPU defconfig (nero tbd).

Acceptance Criteria

  • socketcan can0 inits correctly, buad rate etc.
  • calypso can at least connect to socketcan and not die instantly
  • cleanup socketcand
  • improve overlay if needed
