This PR migrates the app to latest dependencies:
Nordic Common 2.1.0
In recent versions the
thememodule was slip tothemeandui, which now contains all the UI components.The
thememodule contains only the theme and is applied only to the app's module.Nordic Gradle Plugin 2.5
This change includes changes from 2.1 which renamed few of the Nordic plugins (split of Kotlin module to
androidandjvm).
