Result of nixpkgs-review pr 259238 run on x86_64-linux 1

- package path fits guidelines
- package name fits guidelines

- package builds on x86_&4-linux
- executables tested on x86_&4-linux
- libraries only, but ldd likes them

- patches that are remotely available are fetched rather than vendored

Working towards #99090.
Lomiri Settings Components, QML settings components for Lomiri. Required by Lomiri and the system settings app.
