Description of changes

I've bumped the versions, got the artifacts and their hashes, and checked if they build on my system (including -oss), but no further tests.

The current version of filebeat in nixpkgs no longer works with the current glibc. The problem is a new syscall being invoked while not being listed in the seccomp filter. [1] [2] -- This is solved in this PR -- And in the next one I hope to fix #168067

There's a collection of plugins for elasticsearch in pkgs/servers/search/elasticsearch/plugins.nix, which refer to the exact version of elasticsearch. These should also be updated when updating elasticsearch itself
