I have looked at packaging it similarly too roslyn-ls here: https://github.com/NixOS/nixpkgs/tree/master/pkgs/by-name/ro/roslyn-ls

but it appears that the razor repo doesn't tag releases in the same way and that the release info is available from the nuget feed here:

https://feeds.dev.azure.com/azure-public/vside/_apis/packaging/Feeds/msft_consumption/packages/577084ea-e5be-4fad-951b-00d0b05fb170?api-version=7.2-preview.1

Is there a simple way to package a Nuget package from a private feed?
