- Updated deployment targets to iOS 10.0, macOS 10.12, tvOS 10.0, watchOS 3.0 - Removed `Connection.trace()` in favor of `Connection.traceEvent()` - Removed all availability checks as they were for the new deployment targets. - Added SQift 4.0 migration guide - Updated README and CHANGELOG
- Use Xcode 10.1 - Remove build for iOS 9.3 - Use tvOS and iOS 12.1 - Use watchOS 5.1
