Add Apple Development Sample code

Matej Horvat suggested on the NewtonTalk list that these sample code resources be added to the site.

Not sure if the links should appear under Development Tools or the Documentation section.

Okay, I've linked to the Newton OS 2.x sample code.

There's a description of each of the files at http://web.archive.org/web/19980204042859/http://www.newton-inc.com/dev/samples.htm, so I've linked to that as one of the mirrors, even though the actual download links don't work there anymore. We could list all the categories & sample projects (sadly, the Mac OS archives are per project and the Windows archives are per-category), but that might be a bit overwhelming.

I'm still trying to track down other Newton OS 1.x sample code to try to appropriately link to the other project file (though it's still accessible in the NTK directory that is linked to from the NTK link in the Development Tools section.
