This PR enables users to migrate from a Case thread to a dedicated Case channel in Slack. This action can be performed in both Slack and Dispatch.
We've added a new button in the Case Resources tab to create a dedicated Case channel if one does not exist already.
We've also added a new button in the Case thread to create a dedicated Case channel.
Once the channel is created, the original Case thread points to the new Case channel.
The new Case channel keeps a link to the original Case thread for Case participants to keep the original context.
