Current error is: error MSB3823: Non-string resources require the property GenerateResourceUsePreserializedResources to be set to true. Interesting that I don't get this error locally. |

Works on #611. Currently the one UI project publishes to the two existing NuGet packages, but we might deprecate the old and move to a single, consolidated package.
