Among other changes, NYPL-Simplified/server_core#739 changed the way Elasticsearch is configured. Instead of a separately configured index name and alias, there is now a single configuration key, the prefix, which is used to generate both the current index name and the name of the alias.

This branch changes the admin interface unit tests so that they modify the prefix instead of the (no longer extant) index name.
