Installing Tensorflow instructions are out of date for M1 Mac devices #212

TensorFlow cannot be installed the regular way on M1 devices. There is official documentation for installing it.

After running pip install tensorflow, the install error was something like: "distribution not found".

At least these instructions are out of date: https://nubook.nubots.net/guides/tools/visualmesh
