+دعاء هي أخصائية مكتبات ويتركز عملها ونشاطها في خدمات البحث في الجامعة البريطانية في مصر، حيث قدمت الدعم لأكثر من 200 باحث في عملهم من خلال الدعم المخصص والمكثف وخبرتها في مجال العلوم المفتوحة، وإدارة البيانات البحثية، ومحو الأمية المعلوماتية. كما أنها تعمل كمؤسسة وقائدة مشروع مجتمع العلوم المفتوحة في مصر، حيث تعمل بنشاط على تعزيز ممارساته والتعاون داخل المجتمع الأكاديمي المصري.

+مع حصولها على ماجستير في علوم المكتبات والمعلومات من جامعة القاهرة وتدريبها من برنامج McKinsey Forward، تجلب دعاء ثروة من الخبرة المعرفية والابتكار والقيادة إلى دورها وعملها الجديد في OLS.

+سيكون تركيزها كزميلة مقيمة على تحسين التواصل في OLS، وتوسيع نطاق وصولنا لجذب المزيد من المنظمات والأفراد إلى برامجنا — بما في ذلك توسيع المشاركة في مبادرتنا الرائدة Nebula.

+Doaa is an accomplished **Specialist Librarian for Research Services** at The British University in Egypt, where she has supported over 200 researchers in their work through tailored research support and expertise in open science, research data management, and information literacy. She also serves as the **Founder & Project Lead** of the **[Open Science Community Egypt](https://osc-international.com/osc-egypt/)**, where she actively promotes open science practices and collaboration within Egypt’s academic community.  
+
+With a **Master’s in Library and Information Science** from Cairo University and her training from the McKinsey Forward Program, Doaa brings a wealth of knowledge, innovation, and leadership to her role at OLS.  
+
+Her focus as a Resident Fellow will be to **improve OLS’s online communications**, broadening our reach to attract more organisations and individuals to our programs — including expanding participation in **Nebula**, our flagship initiative.  
+
+We’re excited to have Doaa’s expertise and passion for open science on the team as we grow and connect with an even wider community.
