Inline POST needs to output different products at FH00 from other forecast hours. Currently POST has POST control file name hardcoded. POST group is working on updating the code to pass POST control file name into the subroutine that reads the file. Once that is done, post_gfs.F90 in fv3atm needs to be updated to pass a different POST control file at FH00. This capability is required for GFSv16 implementation.
